Would you recommend starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? There are so many options out there that I’m completely confused .. Any recommendations? Many thanks!|
I suggest you go for a free platform initially either bloggerspot.com or any other free platform once you gain expertise then you can switch over to paid option.

what if you added a title that makes people want more?

kinda plain. You could peek at Yahoo’s home page and watch how they write news headlines to
grab people to click. You might try adding a video or a related picture or two to get people excited
about everything’ve written. In my opinion, it could bring your
blog a little livelier.
